• Installation of New and Secondhand boiler plant and associated Reticulation Services.
• Preparation of Boiler for Statutory Inspections.
• One Yearly Under Steam Inspections.
• Preparation and assistance with NDT testing of boilers during inspections  (Dye Pen MPI and UT).
• In-house refurbishment complete with certification of all types of boiler and plant valves. (Globe valve, Blowdown valves, Sequencing valves, Water level gauge cocks, non-return valves, Clyde and Agram Sootblowers, Safety valves, all types and makes of Pressure Reducing and control valves).
• We carry a wide range of reconditioned second hand valves stock as well as a service-exchange policy.
• Stock and supply all types of new valves.
• Boiler Plant Surveys/Steam Surveys and In- house refurbishment or replacement of related equipment.
• (Steam Traps, Strainers, non-returns and sight checks)
• Maintenance and overhaul of Mechanical Condensate Pumps (ie Ogden).
• Machining of Valve Seats, spindles and blowdowm valve rack and pinions.
• Stoker Spares and stoker Maintenance/Rebuilds.
