STATUTORY INSPECTION

One Yearly Under Steam Inspections:

As per Regulation 11(1)(C ) of the Pressure Equipment Regulations, every Fire tube boiler shall be subject to an external inspection under steam every 12 months.

All Statutory inspections, repairs and maintenance are done according to SANS 347 (Pressure Equipment) SAFed (Independent inspection and safety assessment of engineering and manufacturing plant, systems and machinery). and PER ( Pressure Equipment Regulations)

STEAM TRAP SURVEYS

As a Service we also provide full Plant and steam trap surveys with a complete report that can be used as guidelines for preventative maintenance ,repairs and Plant efficiency. It is very important that steam traps and plant valves are inspected and serviced and not overlooked as leaking valves and steam traps can cause massive energy losses.
